Hey Learning Curves Whanau,

Please complete the holiday form below for your child/ren by Friday 14th November. If we have not received the form by the due date, we will assume that your child is absent over the Christmas / New Year period, and will not have a space available for them during this time.

  • Two weeks worth of Absence Credits (100%) becomes available on 1st Dec each year. Unless otherwise requested, these credits will be used during this time.
  • Normal Fees, Terms and Holiday Policies apply.
  • Without a form, we will assume that your child will be absent during the two short weeks.
  • All booked days are charged. There are no credits or refunds for days that are not attended.
  • On weeks with shorter operating hours, the centre will still be open for 8.5 hours per day. Our “Regular Day” fees are based on this full-day timeframe, so no credits will be given for these days.
  • The only exception is if you have arranged a pre-booked full-day absence using our Leave Form.
